Yvette (Torres) Pappalardo has provided ancillary services to the Property and Casualty industry for over 25 years. She worked closely with the leaders and program directors for several national and regional employers, national carriers, and defense firms. Her active participation in the insurance community established a knowledge base that has made her a valuable resource and partner for her clients over the years.
Prior to the establishment of SKY Solutions, she was instrumental in the development of one of the largest national IME firms in the country.
Yvette observed that, over time, the dominance of large corporations in the service industry has gradually shifted the focus away from client needs. This resulted in a decline in customer service and quality, transforming what was once a valuable claim adjudication tool into a commodity product.
She founded SKY Solutions and as a proud minority woman business owner, looks forward to redefining what service and quality means by taking it back to basics.
